Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

All content has been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is correct, complete and up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law. For third-party information that we merely transmit or store – in particular content that users retrieve, upload or convert with Multimedia Downloader – we are not obliged to monitor it (§§ 7–10 DDG in conjunction with Art. 4–8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). As soon as we become aware of a specific infringement, we remove or block the content concerned without delay.

Liability for links

This service contains links to external third-party websites whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. If we become aware of legal violations, we remove such links immediately.

Note on use

Multimedia Downloader is a technical tool. Users are themselves responsible for only downloading or editing content they hold the necessary rights to or whose use is permitted by law. Details are set out in the terms of use.
