    PNG or JPG?

    JPG is best for photos – small files, great quality. PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency, ideal for logos and screenshots. WebP images from websites often need converting to JPG before other programs can open them.

    Is transparency kept?

    In PNG yes. JPG doesn’t support transparency – transparent areas become white or black.

    Are my files stored?

    Only temporarily: they’re deleted automatically after 6 hours at the latest.
